Reports to: Human Resources Manager               

Job Purpose: To provide general support to Human Resources department

Specific Tasks:  

  1. Assist in preparing letters and documents as requested.
  2. Assist in maintaining the central filing system for staff records; maintain orderly filling and archiving official Human Resource documents.
  3. Assist in the recruitment process by calling interview candidates in time, preparing interview rooms, photocopying and scanning assessments, and sorting applications for different positions.
  4. Assist in the distribution of company uniforms to permanent/casual staff and track distribution records.
  5. Assist in requesting office supplies for the HR department.
  6. Assist in receiving all telephone calls and routing them in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Assist in receiving mail and letters and routing them to the correct personnel.
  8. Assist in handling queries for the external clients and making appropriate referrals.
  9. Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
  10. Collaborate with company security personnel on control of access and adherence to security procedures.
  11. Assist in organizing internal and external events.
  12. Ensure timely reservation and set-up of boardroom for various meetings.
  13. Any other duties that may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:  At least a Degree in Human Resource Management/Administration or a related course.

Skills: Customer care skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, planning and organisation.
