On 30th December 2025, Menzies Aviation Uganda held its annual End-of-Year Staff Engagement, bringing together employees and management in a relaxed and celebratory setting.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the year’s achievements, openly discuss key issues, and align on shared goals moving forward. Beyond the conversations, staff enjoyed good food and drinks, lively entertainment, and moments of genuine connection outside the usual work environment.
It was a meaningful way to close the year strengthening teamwork, boosting morale, and reinforcing our commitment to collaboration and excellence as we head into the new year.
