We have modern computerized systems linking us to all international airport stations for effective baggage tracing worldwide. Our baggage tracing office is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a dedicated professional team trained by certified World Tracer officials.

Passenger Services also handles the arrival chain and transfers. When flights land, we welcome passengers, direct them to the arrival terminal, and assist those with special needs. For transfers, we handle transfer passengers through the transit gate to their onward flights.
